Relimetrics, Inc. is part of the Industry 4.0 movement that is helping to transform how companies design and build products. Relimetrics uses computer vision and machine learning and is a platform solution that is applicable to numerous industries, including automotive, manufacturing, plastics, insurance and others. Its software helps customers to build better quality products and increase productivity of their assembly or manufacturing processes.


As part of our growth efforts in Europe, the company is looking for a high energy, passionate, and experienced Head of Operations / Chief Operating Officer to join our growing team in Berlin, Germany.


The primary role of the COO will be to:
● Design and implement business operations

● Establish policies that promote company culture and vision

● Oversee end-to-end operations of Relimetrics and the work of executives


The first 3 months in the role will focus on strategy and establishing relationships, processes and policies to set up Relimetrics for scale, efficient operations, and ability to execute on key customer accounts. As the company scales, support staff (e.g., marketing, channel & alliances directors, etc.) will continue to grow and scale all business functions of Relimetrics.


Responsibilities:

Strategy | Work closely with Relimetrics CEO, CTO / Engineering to set a comprehensive growth strategy, set KPIs and revenue targets.

Operations | Set appropriate processes, policies, templates, systems and tools for efficient and effective sales and execution.

Sales & Delivery | Design sales and business development strategy; create sales collateral (sales decks, SOW templates, sales prompters, ROI calculator, negotiations guides) and enablement for different stages of the sales and delivery cycle.

Marketing | Set marketing strategy; own the execution of website and collateral.

Channel & Alliances | Develop partnership strategy with a comprehensive partner ecosystem (technology, SIs, services), tiers / levels. Begin seeding and building relationships with services and SI partners.

Systems and Tools (HR, Finance, PM) | Design strategies and implement appropriate systems, tools, processes, and policies for efficient and effective business execution and reporting; create relevant dashboards / reports to effectively communicate with RM executives and stakeholders.

Business Intelligence (BI) | Build out a BI function that will be responsible for executing relevant market, competitive research, sales and product performance; data / intelligence insights to be used in all aspects of strategy and operations (marketing, pricing, customer success, etc.)

Investor & Stakeholder Relations | Own day-to-day aspects of investor and stakeholder communications; work closely with the RM execs to execute quarterly board calls.


Requirements
